PUBLIC NOTICE
POST 2019 BUDGET PREPARATION VERIFICATION EXERCISE
This is to inform members of the University Community that the Ministry of Budget and National Planning is conducting a comprehensive personnel verification exercise across selected MDAs nationwide including University of Jos.
In light of the above, staff of the University are required to complete the 2019 Personnel Verification Data Form following which they are to present themselves for a
physical verification exercise that will take place as follows:
Date: Thursday 2nd May, 2019
Venue: Multipurpose Auditorium and Law Auditorium at the Bauchi Road Campus and SSANU Secretariat at the Naraguta Campus, Jos.
Time: 9:00am.
All staff are expected to be physically present with their completed verification forms, originals and photocopies of the requested documents at the designated venues.
Staff are advised to comply accordingly.
