This is to bring to the notice of the General Public that the Land covered by the C of O No. PL9636 measuring 119.5 hectares formerly owned by Naraguta Bricks and Clay Factory, Jos has been legally acquired from the Bureau for Public Enterprises by the University of Jos. Nobody is authorized to dispose or sell any part thereof in any manner.
The General Public is therefore warned to beware of illegal activities of land speculators.
Consequently, anybody purporting to transact any business or any activities on the said land or parts thereof does so at his/her own risk.
