RE: PERSONNEL VERIFICATION EXERCISE

This is to inform all Staff of the University of Jos who were unable to submit themselves for physical screening at the ongoing Post 2019 Budget Preparation Personnel Verification Exercise that a window of opportunity has been created to enable them submit their documents for verification.
All affected Staff are therefore advised to submit their duly completed and signed verification forms along with the relevant documents on Monday 6th May, 2019 between 9.00am and 4.00pm at the Senior Staff Establishment Division for onward transmission to the Budget Office. 
Staff should note that there will be no further extension of this deadline.
